In an effort to maintain a more family-friendly environment and to promote water safety, the US Army Corps of Engineers has established restrictions for alcohol possession on Whitebreast Beach and North Overlook Beach at Lake Red Rock. Starting on Saturday, May 23rd, possession of alcohol will no longer be allowed on the beaches and within the designated swim areas. Alcohol will be allowed at the picnic sites located adjacent to the beaches.
