The PCM boys’ soccer season came to an abrupt end on Tuesday, as they fell to Newton in the first round of the Class 2A substate tournament, 7 – 0. Coach Darin Telfer tells KNIA/KRLS Sports his guys gave great effort and put forth a great attitude all season long. There were five seniors on the Mustangs’ varsity roster in 2015: Jarrett Maggard, Nic Lirio, Tyler Townsend, Alex Fraker, and Kyle Hernandez.
