Even with mostly Class 3A schools amongst them, the PCM boys’ track and field team had some impressive showings at Dallas Center – Grimes on Friday. Skyler Coder continues to improve in the 110 high hurdles, as he finished fourth. Coach Collin Harrison plugged Maverick McAtee into the 3200, and he finished fourth. Harrison tells KNIA/KRLS Sports that when he figures out the pacing, he could qualify the event for state based on how he ran last night. The Mustangs are off until Tuesday for a meet at North Polk.
