The Pleasantville girls’ golf team once again looked impressive in beating a big and deep field at the Moravia Invitational on The Preserve at Lake Rathbun on Thursday. The Trojans shot a 380 and defeated Class 3A Centerville by just one stroke. Hannah Gordon was the meet medalist with an 18-hole round of 83. PCM did not have a full team due to participation in the Tulip Time parade. The Mustangs’ Breanna Maher had another strong day with a third-place finish of 91, and Ellie Steenhoek came up with a 125.
