Diagonal was the first victim of the Twin Cedars’ softball team last night in their season debut, shellacking them for 17 runs in a shutout victory. Kenzie Sedlock was the pitcher of note, throwing three innings and allowing no hits, a walk, and striking out six. The Sabers are 1 – 0 to begin the year and they are playing Southeast Warren later today.
