Friendships can be an important part of the school process and they’ve certainly had an impact on this year’s graduating class at Knoxville High School.
Senior and KHS band drum major Melissa Molloy says the activities she participated in allowed her to build friendships and meet a variety of people.
Classmate Jared McClung says opportunities at KHS gave him a chance to be a four-sport athlete but he also treasures the relationships he’s made with faculty, staff, and fellow classmates.
McClung will be attending the University of Iowa next fall while Molloy is going to Reed College in Portland, OR. The two will graduate with the rest of the Class of 2015 Sunday at 2pm.
