Accomplishing one of the goals she set for herself entering her senior season, Autumn Vos of the Pella Christian girls’ golf team, broke the school record for low score during a nine-hole meet yesterday at Norwalk. Vos shot a 38, three strokes better than Cydney Hillyard from Newton. The previous record was 41, set by Lacey Slings Henderson. The Eagles had a total team score of 251 to finish fourth behind Newton, Norwalk, and Dallas Center-Grimes. The girls next have a varsity tournament this Friday at Colfax-Mingo.
