The Pleasantville Trojans extended their winning streak to7 games in a 6-5 win over Winterset Thursday night. Jesse Nichols started the game for Pleasantville and came away with the win, and eventually gave way to Josh Luna who closed out the game for the save. While the bats stayed hot tonight for Pleasanville, Trojans head coach Sheldon Card said it was a very sloppy game out in the field for both sides. The win brings the Class 1A No.5-ranked Trojans to 14-3 on the season, and they next play Southwest Valley tonight in the second game of their 4 game road swing.
