The Knoxville City Council will look to clarify rules regarding seat belt usage on golf carts driven within the city limits during their regularly scheduled meeting today.

A letter from a concerned citizen asked for the matter to be discussed after it was discovered a child as young as two could legally ride in a golf cart without suitable child restraints.
The Knoxville City Council will meet at City Hall beginning at 6:15pm and can be heard on AM 1320 and FM 95.3 KNIA.
