Now that nature’s light show has moved out of the area, Pella High and Pella Christian baseball will try again tonight to play a conference doubleheader inside of the Eagles’ nest. The match-up this evening will pit a team that has been consistent over the course of the whole season against an Eagles’ squad that has won three of their last four, including an impressive win over an improved Oskaloosa team, 5 – 4, on Monday night. PC is trying to hold their own in another season of a deep Little Hawkeye Conference, and Coach Nate Johnson says a league full of parity does nothing but help his team in the long run.
