A much different scenario than where they were a year ago, the Pleasantville girls’ golf team is in fourth place as a team, just nine strokes out of first place after the first round of the Class 1A state tournament at the Ames Golf and Country Club yesterday. Junior Hannah Gordon shot an 87 to lead the Trojans, and she was followed by Bailey Oliva with a 91. Grundy Center leads the pack with a total team score of 367. Full results can be found below.
