The Pleasantville baseball team found a way to add a tally to the win column last night, defeating conference opponent, Wayne, 4 – 1. Nate Sowers contributed eight strikeouts in a winning effort on the mound for P’Ville. Josh Luna doubled and Jesse Nichols had a pair of knocks and two RBI. Back in action with their full team now that golf season is over, the Trojan girls came up short to the Falcons, 5 – 2. The Trojan gals play at Lenox on Monday, while the baseball team prepares for PCM coming to town later tonight.
