Former Knoxville Track and Field athlete Nathan Winters competed on Saturday in the A-A-U Track and Field Midwest Regional’s in Minneapolis, Minnesota where he set not one but two records. His toss of 173 feet broke the discus record and his toss of 56 feet seven-and-a-half inches broke the shot put record. He will compete in the A-A-U National Meet August first-through-eighth in Norfolk, Virginia.
