Former Knoxville Track and Field athlete Nathan Winters competed on Saturday in the AAU Track and Field Midwest Regional’s in Minneapolis, Minnesota where he set not one but two records. His toss of 173’ broke the discus record and his toss of 56’7.5” broke the shot put record. He will compete in the AAU National Meet August 1-8 in Norfolk, Virginia.
