Lindsay Graham in Knoxville

South Carolina Senator and Republican Presidential candidate Lindsey Graham was in Knoxville Saturday for a campaign stop.

Graham spoke to approximately 20 people at the VFW John Myers Post.

Graham told KNIA/KRLS News he was impressed with the types of questions he was asked by citizens, saying it amazes him how informed the people of Iowa are. He added the Iowa caucuses are an antidote to big money, because they are about character and competency.

Graham says his military and legislative experiences make him the best candidate, ready to serve as Commander in Chief on day one. He added Obamacare needs to be eliminated, there must be reform for entitlements, and while climate change is happening, it must be dealt with in way that doesn’t destroy the economy.
