Ernest O'Riley

A 10 year prison sentence was handed down against a Knoxville man after he changed his plea in a drug case.

51-year-old Eugene Ernest O’Riley pled guilty to possession with intent to deliver oxycodone hydrochloride, a Class C felony.

According to court documents, O’Riley was seen by detectives in mid-May meeting with 39-year-old Scott Busick shortly before Busick provided narcotics to an informant. Busick was arrested and charged with felony drug possession, along with three counts of child endangerment.
