Knoxville Softball Player Taylor Carter has earned second team class 4A All-State released by the Iowa Girls High School Athletic Union this week. Carter led the Panthers this season with 49 hits, 17 doubles, had a 760 slugging percentage, and led the team with a 471 batting average. She also played in the 31st Annual Iowa Girls Coaches Association All-Star games were she went a combined 2/5 at the plate. Carter will continue her softball career at William Penn in Oskaloosa next season.
