Playing right behind the boys on the baseball diamond, the Pella High softball team came up a few runs short of Newton yesterday, 4 – 2. Sara Tallman went 3-for-3 at the dish, Kinzi Van Wyk and Destiny Brown each doubled in the loss. The Lady Dutch fall to 16 – 13, and they’ll play at home against Chariton tomorrow night.
