The Melcher-Dallas softball fell on the road to Southeast Warren on Wednesday night 4-2. The Saints have started to come together before post season play and the results may not be there every night, but head coach Nick Ellis is pleased with where his team is at this point in the year and they continue to battle and get better each day. Gracie Mann went 2-3 with her first home run of the year. The Saints are back in action today with a game at 1 p.m. at home against Moravia and at home at 7 p.m. against Morman Trail. The Melcher-Dallas baseball team lost on the road to Lamoni on Wednesday night 16-1 in four innings. The Saints get back after it tonight at home against Mormon Trail.
