Ernest O'Riley

A Knoxville man accused of providing narcotics to another person for the purpose of selling them, has pled not guilty to a drug charge.

51-year-old Ernest Eugene O’Riley has been charged with conspiracy to manufacture, deliver, and/or possess oxycodone with intent to deliver.

According to court documents, O’Riley was seen by detectives meeting with 39-year-old Scott Busick shortly before he provided the narcotics to an informant the day Busick was arrested. Busick has also been charged with felony drug possession, along with three counts of child endangerment.

No court date has been set for O’Riley.
