Iowa State Savings Bank in Knoxville announced three promotions during their July board meeting.

Karin Sparks was promoted to assistant cashier, Casey Gerhardt was promoted to assistant vice president, ag lending, and Lisa Ridnouer was promoted to vice president, loan administration.

Chairman of the Board and CEO Stu Job says the promotions are well deserved and will further enhance the careers of each of the individuals.

Karin Sparks was promoted to Assistant Cashier. Karin’s promotion to officer status reflects the elevated responsibilities & leadership she has grown into, and is also intended to reflect the bank’s intent to move her toward even further responsibility and leadership in the future. Karin began her career at the bank in 2000.

Casey Gerhardt was promoted to the office of Assistant Vice President, Ag Lending. Casey has been broadening her knowledge and role in ag lending in the past year. Her promotion to an officer position is acknowledgement of her new responsibilities and lending authority. She joined the bank in 2013.

Lisa Ridnouer was promoted to the Office of Vice President, Loan Administration. She oversees the daily administrative needs of the lending department. Her promotion is also a reflection of the importance of, and appreciation for, her 29 years of dedicated and conscientious experience at the bank.
