The Knoxville Football Squad wants to be confident heading into its season opener against Newton on Friday. The Panthers has their eyes opened last Friday in a scrimmage against Pella Christian. Coach Eric Kellar tells KNIA/KRLS Sports while initially their confidence might have taken a small hit, he says after a couple film sessions and practices…the guys feel better about what they need to do this Friday. He says the guys understood during the film sessions what they need to correct. Knoxville takes on Newton Friday night in the Panthers’ season opener.
