It wasn’t a very lengthy stay for the away team on the scoreboard last night in Marshalltown, as Pella Christian’s volleyball team played tentatively in a three-set defeat at the hands of the Bobcats. The Eagles fell in straight sets, 25 – 10, 25 – 9, and 25 – 12. Pella Christian begins the year 0 – 1, and they’ll try to recover with a tournament in Ames this weekend.
