Memorial services for James “Jim” Mitchell Rowland age 79 of rural Knoxville will be Friday August 21st at 10:30am at the Winfield Funeral Home. Jim’s body has been cremated and the visitation will begin Thursday at 4:00pm at the funeral home with the family present from 6-8pm.
