The 2014 football season was a good one for the Saints of Melcher-Dallas, where they went 8-3 and made it to the second round of the eight man playoffs.

The 2015 season opens tonight for Melcher-Dallas, as there is a lot more youth on the team then a year ago. There will be a lot of players that will get their first varsity experience tonight. The offense and defense for the Saints will be completely restructured personnel wise from a year ago due to so many graduated seniors. Head coach Mike Horstman told KINA/KLRS Sports he has a little experience that will start, but for the most part it will be young squad taking the field.
Actuality
The Saints open the season tonight on the road against Murray with kickoff at 7 p.m.
