The Pleasantville Trojan Football team is bringing back a lot of talent and experience from last years 5-5 squad in the running game.

The returners include starting quarterback Zeb Adreon, the teams leading rusher with 661 yards and eight touchdowns and top running back Brock Busick. However the recieving corps lost a lot of depth to graduation including top receivers Josh Luna, who led the team with 29 receptions and five touchdowns, and Hagen Fouch who had 20 receptions for four touchdowns. While most of the Trojan offensive success came on the ground, Adreon’s passing ability opened up many oppurtunities to expand the offense especially in the red zone and accounted for 15 touchdowns. The Trojans will host a scrimmage against PCM tomorrow night and open their season next Friday when they visit Colfax-Mingo in a game heard live on KNIAKRLS.com.
