After looking quite impressive during their scrimmage against Knoxville last week, the Pella Christian football team, even with a fresh batch of bodies on the gridiron, is primed to make some noise this season, starting tomorrow. With juniors David Kacmarynski and Levi Jungling back, and many talented players that saw significant playing time on the JV squad, Coach Rich Kacmarynski has liked what he’s seen, especially out of the latter group. The Eagles are ranked fourth in the state in Class 1A, and will begin the season with a home bout tomorrow against PCM.
