One strength that the Knoxville Football Squad may have this season is the kicking game. A national sports commentator always says “you must be sound in the kicking game” and the Panthers look to be very sound this season. Coach Eric Kellar tells KNIA/KRLS Sports Caleb Light, Kaden Bodkin, and Trent Davis are all in line for the field goal and P-A-Ts. When the Panthers have to punt, Kellar says D.J. Snyder has looked good and being a running back is a threat to run instead of punt. The Panthers will open their season this Friday at Ken Locke Stadium against Newton, a game you can hear live on AM 1320 and 95.3 KNIA at 7:30.
