A trial date has been set for a Lovilia woman facing a felony charge after allegedly passing a fraudulent check to purchase hundreds of dollars of goods from the Pella Walmart.
Depositions will begin on October 22nd for Raechel Comstock. She is charged with forgery, a class D felony, and 4th degree theft. According to court records, Comstock was caught on video making the fraudulent purchase in March. A jury trial is set to begin on December 16th.
