Improving by five shots from day one, the Central men’s golf team had to settle for seventh place at the Augustana Battle of the Falls yesterday. Central came up with a score of 318 to finish with a three-round total of 962 and seventh place in the nine-team field, which consisted of mainly Division II schools. Jared Nepomuceno was 14th individually with a 235 total score. Teammate Kacie Broeg shot a 237 and came in 19th place. The Dutch go to Dubuque for the University of Dubuque Classic this Saturday and Sunday.
