Incumbent Knoxville City Council candidate Carolyn Formanek says she’s decided to seek re-election because of unfinished city projects.

Formanek says, with projects still yet to be completed and the search for a new city manager underway for the second time in her six years on the council, it’s important for her to continue on as a council member. She says she’d be sad if any current projects didn’t happen because the council didn’t follow through properly.
