Funeral services for James Thomas “Jim” Sevier age 70 of Knoxville at 10:30 Tuesday September 15th at the Winfield Funeral Home in Knoxville. Burial will follow services at Graceland Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 11am Monday at the funeral home with the family present from 5-8pm. A memorial will be established in Jim’s memory for the Twin Cedars Dollars for Scholars.
