The Knoxville Football Squad looks for its first 3-0 start since 2004 when the Panthers host Fairfield tonight. Knoxville has used ten running backs in the first two games of the season, something that Coach Eric Kellar says is a good thing that he has several players to choose from. Kellar also tells KNIA/KRLS Sports Fairfield will put a lot of pressure on his team with an offense that likes to throw that ball, and his defense with the Trojans physical running style. Last week Centerville was able to stay in the game in the first half, completing 6/9 passes for 115 yards and a touchdown. The Panthers made adjustments and only allowed the Big Reds to complete two more passes the entire second half. You can hear the play-by-play on AM 1320 and 95.3 KNIA and streamed live at kniakrls.com with Derek Cardwell and Kevin Wadle. Pregame begins at seven with the kick off at 7:30.
