It wasn’t a good night on the gridiron for the Melcher-Dallas or Twin Cedars football teams, as they each fell in their games last night. Though the Saints were able to get their first points of the season, they were dropped by Guthrie Center on the road 60 – 6. Twin Cedars had an early lead against Meskwaki Settlement, but they also fell, 60 – 48. The Sabers are 1 – 1, the Saints are 0 – 3; both schools will take on one another for Week Three and the beginning of their district slate next Friday night.
