A Celebration of Life for Max L. Yoakum, age 86 of Russell, will be held on Monday, September 28 at 4:30 p.m. at the Pierschbacher Funeral Home in Chariton. Family will receive friends prior to the service from 3:00 until 4:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to any animal rescue league, Legacy Lodge-Chariton, or the Alzheimer’s Research Mayo Clinic.
