Week Four and game two of the district football schedule provides another alluring match-up for Pella High this Friday night. The Little Dutch will go to Norwalk for the first time since the 2012 season. The Warriors are an interesting bunch; their quarterback, Brady Brandsfield, had thrown for 583 yards and six touchdowns through three games, but he’s also tossed five interceptions. Norwalk is fifth in the Class 3A in passing yards through one-third of the season. Brandsfield is also the team’s leading rusher, with 219 on the ground. Pella coach, Jay McKinstrey, says the Warriors are a very skilled offensive bunch that does many things well. Pella’s Week Four opponent has played a pair of close games, including a neck-and-neck 23 – 16 victory last week over Carlisle. Tomorrow night’s game will be live on 92.1 KRLS and streamed via our free mobile KRLS app.
