The PCM Volleyball team gained some momentum on Tuesday night, as they beat Saydel in straight sets, 25-17 and 25-16 and then fell to North Polk, 25-13 and 25-17. Freshman Maddie Samson and junior Katie VandeWall each recorded four kills in the win over Saydel. Ashley Van Gorp led the way for the Lady Mustangs against North Polk with six kills and junior Kalya Jennings recorded 12 assists. The PCM volleyball team will be in action next Tuesday on the road in a Heart of Iowa Conference matchup against South Hamilton.
