They’ve taken their bumps, their bruises, played on five, four, even three days’ rest, and tonight, Pella High and Norwalk, under the comfort of a domed roof in Cedar Falls, will vie for a Class 3A state championship.

It was all Little Dutch in their regular season meeting, winning 21 – 0 at Norwalk in Week Four. Both teams will be led by the play of their quarterback and talented wide receiving core. Recent history has shown the series is owned by Pella; the Little Dutch have won 16 of the last 17 match-ups, with the only loss coming back in 1999, by a final score of 19 – 7. Our coverage of Pella High Football tonight begins with the Jeromy Dingeman Concrete Football Friday Night Radio Preview Show from inside of the KNIA/KRLS Lil’ Big Red Radio and live outside of the UNI-Dome at 5:00 p.m. The Midtown Tire Team Radio Pregame Show is set to start at 6:36 p.m. with kick-off scheduled for 7:06.
