Central Wrestling Scales Rankings

A total of 12 rungs were climbed the Central wrestling team in the most recent National Wrestling Coaches Association Division III poll. Previously 25th, the Dutch come in ranked at 13th, their highest standing since December of 2012 when they were 14th. Matt Seabold and Ryan Vandall found themselves in the individual rankings, coming in at third and tenth, respectively. Since the last poll, the Dutch defeated Augustana in dual action, and won a team title at the Milwaukee School of Engineering Invitational. There are four Iowa Conference schools in the rankings; Wartburg is No. 1, followed by Coe at No. 10, and Luther is 17th. Central is in action tonight in a dual meet in Northfield, Minnesota against St. Olaf starting at 7:00 p.m.
