Their tough week of Nevada and Gilbert behind them, the PCM Lady Mustangs ended their skid and defeated Greene County 46-24 last night.

The Mustangs were going for the season sweep of the Rams, and almost mirrored the first matchup in which they held them to 24 points then as well. Kayla Jennings continued to emerge as a top scoring threat for the Mustangs, and had a really good all around game with 20 points, 4 rebounds, and 6 steals, while Jayce Vos contributed another 10 points. The boys side suffered a setback in their matchup against the Rams, and the problems that have plagued the Mustangs so far this season reared their ugly head again. Luke Greiner would lead the Mustangs in scoring with 18 points, Logan Gilman would have 17 points, but third scoring threat failed to emerge for the Mustangs and they fell 76-54. The girls get back over .500 at 6-5, while the boys are on a two game losing streak and go to 7-4, both squads will hit the court next this Friday at home vs South Hamilton in a game that can be heard live on KNIAKRLS.com
