The Trojan Basketball squads have a hefty road trip in front of them today when they will face off against the Eagles of East Union tonight in a doubleheader.

Both squads ran into tough Albia squads earlier in the week, and were scheduled to play Wayne on Tuesday but was canceled due to weather. The girls are looking to end a flurry of losses in a row, but will have a good chance against the winless Eagles. Senior forward Bailey Oliva is a double-double machine as of late, and has improved her rebounds per game average to over eight per contest. The boys will look to take advantage of tough games near the top of the conference to gain some ground, and a win would let the boys keep pace with Lenox who leads the Pride of Iowa.
