In their first game back from holiday break, the Pleasantville Trojans face on of their toughest tests of the season as they will travel to the home of returning conference champion Central Decatur to take on the Cardinals tonight in a girl/boy doubleheader.

Both squads faced the Cardinals earlier this season at home, the girls fell 68-44 and the boys fell in a close contest 53-47. The girls will have to contest with the potent scoring options the Cardinals have, with three girls scoring over 13 points per game. The Trojans are 3-4 on the season and will look to avoid their third conference loss in a row. The boys will look to continue their strong push through the Pride of Iowa Conference, only picking up losses to the Cardinals and the Roadrunners of I35. Lead by junior point guard Brady Elder, who is on a scoring tear at 23 points per game, the Trojans will need their best efforts to unseat the favored Cardinals at home. The girls game will tip off at 6, and the boys will hit the court at 7:30, and full results of both contests can be found on KNIAKRLS.com.
