Pella head wrestling coach, Joe Burch, called it a success for the most part for his Little Dutch grapplers in the Big Red Invitational tournament in Centerville on Saturday. Keegan Poole, wrestling in his first competition since before the Christmas break, defeated Brock Caviness of Knoxville, Cody Tanner of Creston, and an Ottumwa wrestler to take home the championship in the heavyweight division. Poole was down by one with ten seconds left to Tanner, before scoring a reversal to edge the Creston wrestler. Ashton Messer at 170 and Ethan Speltz at 132 both came away with third place finishes.
