Balanced scoring was the name of the game for the Storm Men’s Basketball squad in their victory over Luther yesterday 76-59.

Sam Amsbaugh led the team with 16 points off the bench once again, while Dillon Gretzky and Ryan Skaar, whose points were all beyond the arc, were right behind at 15 apiece. The Storm shot 40% from downtown and 42% overall in the victory and will keep pace with Dubuque and Loras at the top of the Iowa Conference at 4-2. The Storm women could not find the same success from outside in game one of the doubleheader, falling 70-52. Center Noreen Morrow would lead the Storm with 15 points, but the high flying Norse had four starters in double figures. The Storm now fall into the middle of the pack of the IIAC at 3-3, and both Storm squads will play at rival Central on Wednesday.
