Winning by 35 points, the Central men’s indoor track and field team took home the title at their own Dutch Athletics Classic yesterday. Defeating ten other schools, the Dutch toppled second place William Penn with a score of 131, while the women were third overall with 108 points. Dan Roemerman won the 60 meter hurdles, and junior Logan Mulford cleared the 6’8.25” bar in the high jump to win that event for the second straight week. Senior sprinter for the women, Abi Davis, won the 60 meter dash in 7.77 seconds, and the 4 x 400 meter relay team grabbed a win in just over four minutes. Next up is the Waverly Select next Friday and Saturday for the Dutch.
