Staying perfect, the Pella High boys’ bowling team topped Norwalk by nearly 500 pins in their meet Saturday. The final score was 2759 – 2261; Derek Hackman put up a personal best series of 369, including a season-high 190 game. Sophomore Dakota Shalin rolled a 385 and a high-game of 211 to lead the way. The baker games went Pella’s way, too, 950 – 734. The shorthanded Lady Dutch still put up a good fight against Norwalk, but lost, 1791 – 1323. Meaghan Meinders scored a personal best series of 208, and Taylor Divelbiss had a match-high series of 292. Full results can be found by clicking below.
