 On 02/09/16, a male juvenile from Pella was charged with possession of marijuana. The juvenile was cited and released to a guardian.

 On 02/11/16, a female juvenile from Ottumwa was charged with eluding. The juvenile was cited and released.

 On 02/12/16, a female juvenile from Pella was charged with operation without owners consent. The juvenile was placed in a juvenile detention facility.
