Victor Steven Salgado-Tixe of Knoxville was charged with sexual abuse in the third degree, a class C felony.

Salgado’s alleged crime occurred on November 21, 2015 and is in association with three charges of contributing to delinquency of a minor. A search warrant was issued and executed for his Facebook account on November 22, 2015.
