Announced yesterday, the Central College wrestling team had four members be recognized with all-Iowa Conference honors. The all-league awards were given to the top three finishers at the NCAA Division III Central Regional meet that occurred on February 28. CJ Pestano and AJ McBroom each came in second place at the 125 and 184 pound weight class, respectively, and Ryan Vandall and Matt Seabold were third at 165 and 197, respectively. All four of Central’s all-conference honorees moved on to the national tournament in Cedar Rapids, where Pestano became Dutch Wrestling’s 46th All-American in program history by earning a runner-up finish.
