Spring Breaks and weeks of practice behind them, Pella Christian’s girls’ and boys’ track and field teams officially make their 2016 debut this afternoon in two separate locations. The girls are in Monroe to face Albia, Chariton, PCM, and Centerville, and the Eagle boys are at home versus Davis County, Lynnville-Sully, Pleasantville, and Twin Cedars. Coach Keith Anderson tells KNIA/KRLS Sports both meets should be good early tests for the Eagles for the athletes to see where they are at here in late March. The girls begin their meet at the Lakeview Athletic Complex at 4:00 p.m. while the boys perch in the Eagles’ nest at 4:45.
